各国驻华新闻机构、各国驻华使馆及国际组织驻华代表机构：

中华人民共和国第十一届全国人民代表大会第三次会议和全国政协第十一届全国委员会第三次会议将分别于2010年3月5日和3月3日在北京开幕。请希采访大会的各国驻华记者、旁听会议的新闻官于2月28日前登录两会新闻中心报名系统 （http://www.npc.gov.cn/reportermanager/foreign/foreign.action）报名，车证申请请一并填写。

协助外国记者采访报道的中国雇员申请报名，须持有外事服务单位制发的工作证或开具的介绍信。

短期来京采访两个会议的外国记者请向中国驻外使领馆或者外交部授权的签证机构提出申请。

领取证件的具体时间和联系方式将在两会新闻中心和外交部外国记者新闻中心网站另行通知。

Notice on Applications for Covering and Observing the 3rd Session of the 11th NPC and the 3rd Session of the 11th CPPCC National Committee

2010/02/02 To Foreign media organizations accredited in China, Embassies and Offices of International Organizations in China,

The 3rd Session of the 11th National People's Congress and the 3rd Session of the 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee of the People's Republic of China will be convened in Beijing on 5 March and 3 March 2010 respectively. For the foreign journalists accredited in China who wish to cover the above-mentioned sessions as observers, please submit applications including the application for vehicle parking permits through the press centre registration system (http://www.npc.gov.cn/reportermanager/foreign/foreign.action) before 28 February 2010.

For the Chinese employees who wish to make applications to assist foreign journalists of the above-mentioned sessions, they shall have the employees' cards or letters of introduction from the organizations providing services to foreign nationals.

For the foreign journalists who intend to come to Beijing for covering the above-mentioned sessions, please submit applications at Chinese embassies, consulates or other visa-issuing institutions authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.

The notice on the exact time and contact information to pick up press cards and vehicle passes for the NPC and CPPCC sessions will be put up on the Press Centre of the NPC and CPPCC sessions and the IPC websites later.
