Chen said that China will continue to supporting infrastructural projects by giving soft loans and called on other donors to support Africa in technological transfer.
She noted that China had invested over 130 million dollars in various projects in Kenya.
Chen commended Kenya for signing the first agreement on development with the Chinese Development Bank in Africa.
The vice chairwoman also assured that the number of tourists visiting Kenya will increase tremendously.
