A press conference will be held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Taiwan Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 16:00 June 25, 2010 (Friday).
Journalists from China and abroad are all welcome.
The 15th session of the 11th NPC Standing Committee from June 22 to 25, 2010 will review the draft law on the protection of oil and natural gas pipelines and the draft amendment to the administrative supervision law. If some drafts are approved by this session, relevant officials will answer questions from the press over the laws approved by the session.
There will be no interpretation service for the press conference. Please raise questions in Chinese.
Journalists interested in the press conference may obtain invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (23 Xijiaominxiang, Xicheng District) by showing one’s own valid identification for interviewing. The deadline is 17:00 June 24.
Please show invitation letters to enter the East Gate of the Great Hall of the People for the press conference, and with the parking permits, park cars in the parking lot at the East Gate.
